Didn’t receive my correct order in…

Didn’t receive my correct order in February,,it’s May 20,,still waiting for a refund. They don’t answer phones or emails
Read reviews,,they are scamming people ,, buyer beware

WORST FOOT PAIN EVER…

I have had foot and ankle problems for nearly 4 years now to where it all started where I had pain in my foot where the entire top of my foot would hurt when I would put weight on it and severe excruciating pain in both my heels to where I have visited a podiatrist and that doctor said that I have neuropathy of the foot because I told that doctor that my toes were numb which this goes on constantly and I have severe pain in my right foot but I have noticed that the left foot is following suit and starting to do the same thing that my right foot is doing. Let me tell you people out there that I must say and I have to be honest here in that Skechers does have some really attractive styles of tennis shoes and casual slip ons that are sensationally appealing to most women including the styles and colors that are very modern and nice looking shoes. However here is the scary part to where the pain in my foot to where I have (even right now as I am typing this) I have a throbbing and sharp aching and and a pinching painful feeling in both feet now to where other people have noticed that I now am limping in pain when I walk because the pain is so bad in my feet that I nearly almost feel now as if I need a wheelchair to get around because in many ways it is challenging to walk from the car to the door of the house just to get in an I find myself leaning on an putting my hand on the bricks for support for guidance so I do not fall as I have already had some falls and it is very embarrassing to fall because you feel as if the whole world has seen you fall. I never had any problems before I started wearing Skechers years ago and I fear now that what has happened to me is that I slowly went downhill a little bit at a time to where I had severe foot pain but now it is excruciating to where I literally cannot sleep at night because the sharp jabbing throbbing pains in my feet and now ankle keep me up. I’ve tried aspirin and ibuprofen but that does absolutely nothing. I have even been seeing a neurologist because I literally am in so much pain in my feet and ankle that my legs I noticed are slowly starting to fall apart as well because my legs are starting to feel weak and they ache a lot to where I cannot no longer stand for long periods of time. The neurologist even ordered an MRI because during a reflex test (you know how that knee jerk test goes) well the neurologist found out that I have no reflex in either of my legs now because as the doctor was doing the knee jerk test the doctor said “thud” on both knee jerk tests and I asked what that means and the doctor said that something is definitely wrong with my knees because both of my knees never responded to the knee jerk test. The doctor even said that my problem was getting worse because I am having a harder time walking. Even the neurologist asked if I had pain in my feet and I said that it is chronic and constant. I have always adored Skechers as again I always liked the colors an stylish looks of the casual shoes but unfortunately I must say that I never ever had any problems with my feet and ankle which my left ankle is also starting to ache before I wore Skechers. You should see how I have to hop around certain rooms that are to hard for me to walk around in. For example for most people if there is a small or tiny obstacle in the way where some people may need to walk over a small box or if there is a stair that I would have to climb what I have to do now is use 2 hands to where one hand will be on the wall and the other hand on another nearby wall or a refrigerator or a nearby door or anything that I can find to hold on to just to try and get by and hold myself up so I do not fall. I am very embarrassed that I have to limp with excruciating painful feet as I feel the next door neighbors are probably wondering why I am in this kind of condition where anyone who is everyone can plainly see that I am having a severely hard time walking. I don’t wan’t to tell people that I got this way from wearing Skecher brand shoes but unfortunately that is the truth as I never ever had problems before I wore Skechers shoes. I am really embarrassed to be in this shape because I look disabled which now I am because I have to hold on to everything when I am walking and when I walk down the hallway I always have my hands on the hallway walls to help me hold myself up because my feet are in excruciating pain. I noticed a lot of negative reviews on Skechers and I see why. If people want to continue to buy Skechers then that is their business but I hope that no one deals with the level of excruciating pain in my feet and ankle that I have. I would tell people to try another brand shoe. What I did for a long time was I kept changing styles and buying different Skechers casual slip ons and I stayed with Skechers but now I realize (and I fear that it is too late) but now I realize that the Skechers has mess me up a gazillion percent. Trust me when I say stay away from Skechers

Greetah woes

Long time satisfied customer. My wife and I have 6-7 pairs of Skechers. Recently purchased the Greetah work sneakers. In over 35 years of construction and manufacturing work, I can say it is the worst shoe I have every bought. In one single 12 hour shift, they destroyed my feet. I could not walk for several days. I bought the same size as my other Skechers, but the insole and the rigid safety toe made them unwearable to me. Felt good in the store, though. Well made and looks good. Just a bad shoe.

I really don’t like these hiking shoes

I really don’t like these hiking shoes. Why don’t they say the fit is a half size too big with a pig snout in front?

I bought two pair of their shoes

I bought two pair of their shoes. I wore one pair . i got blisters on my outer heels. when i inspected i saw that this pair had a label on the inside outer side. there was not label on the other pair. I asked for a label to return the shoes as they were defective . there was none. I do have a case number. I will not go back down to Soho , New York . I took a car service there .The car service was as costly as the shoes. I refuse to incur additional expenses for a defective product.
i will inquire to see if the founder is still with the company . I will write him, the Better Business Bureau , and the New York State Attorney General to file complaints.

Ordered Sketchers 'Trego' size 6 online…

Ordered Sketchers 'Trego' size 6 online two weeks ago, and further pairs ('Volero' and 'Relment-Pelmo' size 10) through the amazon store. No email confirmation, nothing, silence! The only reliable source for these products seems to be the store which is closed through lockdown. Bad service!

Skechers awful customer service

Skechers customer service is awful. My mum ordered some boots, but wants to send them back. The online return thing doesn't work( it says that its loading 2 hours later). You try to contact customer service, there is no phone number ( which is an absolute joke), so you have to email them , but they don't answer the emails. Don't order from them.

Item not received

No communication. Ordered shoes and still not received them.
Tracking information does not work ! Very poor/ non existent customer service. Wonder if I will ever receive my item!

Skechers customer service

Ordered item from the website on 1st and has not arrived yet..sketchers customer service is non existent as redirecting to a recorded message when calling and not responding to email.
Have contacted ups who have the item in their depot and furthermore they have notified that they will deliver the item on 3 separate occasions and failed to honour this.
They can't confirm when it will be delivered so requested they hold the item and I will drive an hour round trip to pick it up.
Poor communication and unacceptable delays so will not be using again!!

Horrible Return Policy/ Elite Member

I am a Skechers Elite Member. I purchase tons of Skechers. The issue is trying to return anything. I never had to up till now. The return process goes through a chat online person. Good luck on finding that out. Next, if you are returning two pairs of shoes the return label will give only one pair of shoes in the description of the returned contents. Back online you go to the chat person. You describe the issue and you are then told one label is good for both of them. NO way would I stand for that because I need a credit to be placed to my credit card. I called customer service and I am told the same thing one label is okay. OH no. Finally, the online representative sent me another label for the second pair that I can enclose in the return box. I love Skechers but from now on I have to purchase them in another way. P. S. how is a customer supposed to know all this info?

VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!

I have always bought sketchers, never had any issues with them, love the shoes, however they have lost mine and my families business. Had a pair of shoes only 6 months, the back of the heal on the outside ripped out. They were not even worn every day. I even had the receipt for proof. Spent money to ship them to there quality department and they won't exchange them. Said that we have had them to long. Shoes should last longer than 6 months!!! I didn't even ask for my money back just an exchange. So disapointed, well another shoe brand can our business!!!

Happy Customer

My husband and I went to the Boca Raton Mall to return sneakers that were ordered on line. When we arrived we found a nice clean store with 3 wonderful employees. Paola, Alba, & Sabrina. They provided outstanding service and handled every customer with alot of grace and appreciation. Paola lead by example and the others followed. My husband and i were a bit annoying because we kept tryin on different sneakers they were patient and respectfull. We wound up buying 4 pairs. We both work in Hospitality you are lucky to have all 3 ladies in your establishment... KUDOS to Team Boca!

Impossible. Even though their staff may be working from home (which means they save on travel time), they are hiding behind the Covid19 scam to avoid providing anywhere near decent customer service. Very, very poor!
